Returns policy?
  • Clothing items can be returned and exchanged within 20 days of purchase.
  • No returns or exchanges offered on items such a socks unless they are still sealed in their original packaging.
  • Clothing items returned or exchanged must be in the same condition it was received.
  • Items must be unworn and unused to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Standard delivery 3-5 days -£3.99

Monday – Saturday delivery (public holidays not included)

Next day delivery – £5.99

Monday – Sunday delivery (public holidays not included)

Next day delivery for orders placed before 10pm

How long will it take my refund to be processed?

Refunds take 5-7 days to be received back to the warehouse after your return has been posted. A refund payment will then be processed and could take up to 5 working days depending on your bank.

Where is my order?

Orders can be tracked on our order tracking page using your order ID and email address. Please allow 1-2 working days after order is placed to allow shipping details to be updated.

How do I process a return?

Go to your order page and select your preferred way to return your item. You have the options of a QR code sent to your email or to print a label.

QR code: Once the QR code is sent to your email you can take your sealed package to your local post office, they will scan the code and a confirmation email of your processed return will be sent to you.

Printed label: If you choose a printed label you will be sent an email of the return label, then you can print it out, attach it to you sealed parcel and drop it off at your local post office.
